Distinctive Matcha Fragrance
Slightly crisp exterior that promises a delicate, crumbly interior. The matcha, a fine powdered green tea, is skillfully incorporated, offering a distinct and robust flavor that is at once both grassy and sweet.
Delicately Crumbly & Moist
As you savor each bite, the flavors meld and evolve. The initial bitterness of matcha gives way to the sweetness of oats. The scone is not overly sweet, allowing the natural flavors of the ingredients to shine.
